Do you speak English?
Yes, some English. For precise details such as flight numbers, addresses and luggage, a written message by WhatsApp or email is the most reliable: we reply in English.
Is the price shown the final price?
It is an estimate based on the real road distance. The final price is confirmed with you before departure and does not change on the way. For a metered ride, the taximeter prevails.
Can I book a taxi for right now?
Our taxi licence is attached to Barberaz. In Chambéry and the other towns, pick-up is by prior booking only. Call us to check our availability at short notice.
How are night and Sunday rides charged?
Between 7 pm and 7 am, on Sundays and on public holidays, the higher rate applies. The booking form detects it automatically from the date and time you enter.
Do you take skis and luggage?
Yes. Normal suitcases are included. Beyond three suitcases per passenger, or for a bulky item, a supplement of €2 per item may apply. Tell us in the form.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Card payment is accepted in the vehicle, as is cash.
Medical transport covered by French health insurance?
Transport covered by the French Assurance Maladie requires a French medical prescription. Details are on our French site.
